Pre Production

Upon acceptance of order purchase order, and the down- payment, pre-production process starts.The fabrics and trims are ordered. The fabrics we use in production are pre-shrunk to minimise the shrinking. Any changes to the details like fitting, print colours, size, position will be finalised in a pre-production sample which are produced and sent for approval to the customer before bulk production starts. This is a critical stage and all details are followed very carefully. Bulk Production After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks.
