Ordering garments and other such products with your own design
are not very easy but its complex. So we strongly recommend you
to read our How to do it web pages carefully as well.
01 Design Submission
After submitting your enquiry, we will go through all the details
and give you an estimated price. During this process we may ask
you for clarifications. Once we receive all your information, we will
send you a price estimate. Remember regarding the price:
a) Your actual design also effects the price of the product. What
may look as a small difference may have a big impact on the price.
Coordinate with us, take our advice for getting it right.
b) Quantity are important to the price per item. The more you
order the lower the price per item. And there are always some
basic costs to prepare and start up a production and this cost will
be high per item in small quantities.
02 Sourcing / Product Development
After the price estimate is accepted, we may require you to send
us samples for fitting and sizing references. In case you do not
have samples, we will require indications for sizes etc. which will
help us to give you the measurements.
03 Samples Development
While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help
to finalise your details and develop tech packs for your designs.
We will send these tech packs to you for your confirmation before
starting on the samples. Do note that as everything is made from
scratch, it usually takes 2-3 rounds of sample to get all the details
right and ready for the main production. Also note that when you
have approved a sample that we have sent to you then you cannot
later complain on the final production if it is as per the sample you
have approved. When all details are clear we will give you an offer,
an exact price.
04 Bulk Production
Once you are happy with the samples and price, we will
commence on the main production after we received your
approval and down payment. We will then begin the sourcing
process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will
send them to you for selection.
05 Quality Control Inspection
Our quality control team inspects the products to ensure that
there are no issues.
06 Packing
The products are individually packed (or as per your instruction)
and sealed in cartons for the shipping process.
07 Shipping
The final part where we will help you to handle the shipping as per
your instructions and arrange for the shipping of your products.
Courier and post go to your door. But normally final shipment is
done by air or surface (ship, train, truck) and then ends up at an
airport, port or terminal near to you.
08 Import
We take care of the transport from airport, port or terminal to
your place if not agreed differently in writing in advance. But read
more on How To Do It pages.
09 Payment
a) Initial contacts between us are always free.
b) If we need to help you with the design or other such issues, we
may charge a fee for the same – but we never charge you for
anything that you have not agreed in advance. Sometimes one set
of samples (without printings etc and associates etc) are included
is such a fee.
c) You pay for samples and the cost of sending them to you at
actual cost if not agreed differently in advance.
c) After you and we have agreed on product(s) and price you will
make a first down payment before we start the production. If your
order is small you must pay 100% in advance, but normally we
charge 50% in advance.
d) Then the payment for the balance and shipping will be required
before we ship your products.
